Bomboo

Who said being stranded on an island with a tree house castle was torture? I wouldn't mind living there like Crusoe. And so Robinson Crusoe still lives there even after NBC's Crusoe has its series finale. 13 episodes, and he's still hanging around on that island paradise with his best friend. And Dundee! I want Dundee. Now.  And clearly, so did the writers. Because despite being barely noticed in the past 11 episodes, Dundee was given a starring role in the last two. And dear ol' Robinson's last words in the series were, "Next time we'll take the dog."

And what a series finale it was! It had everything: ships, orphanages, piranhas, cliffs, black pox, and a large fire. What more could anyone want? And of course it had the sentimental moments, such as when Crusoe supposedly jumps off the ship for Friday. Cuz you gotta help a brotha in need. But it was also because that creepy pilot dude had black pox, and everyone on the ship was doomed. It was a win-win situation.

Now aside from the fact that there are still 1,024,563 questions remaining (such as: What's the deal with Olivia? What will happen to Susanna and the kids? Who really killed Crusoe's mommy? Where will Friday and Crusoe live?) it was still a pretty epic series finale. And NBC had better release it on DVD so I may watch it nonstop all the time. Which I could do anyway if I watched it online, but keep that hush hush.
